Youth Acting · Modelling · Dance Workshop
Young talent.
Nowhere to start.
Kids who want to perform — acting, modelling, dance, or a mix — have to cobble together separate programs that don't build on each other.
Parents feel lost. Programs are siloed. Working professionals rarely teach at this level. Expression Lab was built to close that gap.
Acting class. Modelling workshop. Photography day. Each teaches one skill — unconnected, incomplete.
Families know their child has something but have no clear path to develop it into real industry experience.
Working actors, casting directors, and international models rarely teach at the beginner level.
Act.
Pose.
Express.
A three-day immersive workshop for kids and teens across the Pacific Northwest. Choose two disciplines from acting, modelling, and dance — plus on-camera training — taught by working professionals.
Fully led by women who've worked the runway, red carpet, and casting room.
Taught by a working actor, an international model, and a casting director.
0 spots across 0 cities — intimate by design.
Each participant walks away with 3 professionally edited images and a filmed audition.
3 Days · 6 Stations
Scene work, audition prep, and on-camera technique with industry professional Debs Howard. Real takes, real direction, real feedback.
Movement, posture, and editorial posing led by international model Therés Amee. Build comfort and presence in front of any lens.
Walk, pace, pose at the mark. Runway technique and stage presence rooted in real fashion-week experience.
Coordination, musicality, and expression through guided movement and improvisation — led by a professional dance instructor in a supportive, judgement-free space.
Learn and perform a short choreographed routine — building rhythm, stage presence, and the pure joy of dancing as a group.
Two photographers running simultaneously. Each participant leaves with one actor headshot, one beauty shot, and one full-body image — professionally edited.
Three days.
One complete picture.
Real work.
Real results.
Every participant leaves with industry-standard deliverables — not just memories. Shot and directed by the Expression Lab team.
Two groups.
One vision.
Play-based approach to movement and self-expression. No experience required — just curiosity and energy. Focused on confidence, fun, and finding their spark in front of the camera.
Serious preparation for auditions, commercial work, and building a professional presence. Designed for teens ready to understand what it actually takes to work in film, TV, and fashion.
Taught by women who've done it.
