My child has no acting, modelling, or dance experience. Is this still for them?

Absolutely. No prior experience is required — just a willingness to learn and participate. We meet kids exactly where they are and build confidence through doing.

Question 2

How are the two age groups (5–10 and 11–16) structured?

Both groups run simultaneously with their own dedicated track. Curriculum is age-appropriate, but every participant gets the same instructors, the same photo package, and the same on-camera experience.

What images does my child take home?

Accepted Answer

Three professionally edited final images: one actor headshot, one beauty image, and one full-body shot. Two photographers run simultaneously on Camera Day so every participant gets focused attention.

Are parents allowed to attend?

Day 3 ends with a parent wrap and industry-guidance session. During training and shoot days, the space is reserved for participants and instructors so kids can fully step into the experience without performing for the room.

Where exactly will it be held?

What is your refund policy?

Full refund up to 30 days before the workshop. Inside 30 days, the spot can be transferred to another participant. Email us at hello@expressionlab.ca for anything outside this window.

Is this a casting or talent agency?

Accepted Answer

No. Expression Lab is a workshop and training experience. Participants leave with images and skills — there are no agency contracts, fees, or representation involved.
